Job summary
Cencora is seeking an AI & Automation Operational Engineer to design, develop, deploy, and support enterprise automation solutions. You will work hands-on with Automation Anywhere, Python, and Power Apps, driving AI-enabled automation and integration across systems.
You will mentor developers, lead code reviews, and push modernization efforts while ensuring secure, scalable production deployments and strong testing practices.
Qualifications
- 6-8 years of experience in automation development, software engineering, or intelligent automation delivery.
- Hands-on experience with Automation Anywhere (required), Python, and Power Apps.
- Experience with AI-enabled automation, APIs, workflow technologies, and enterprise integration.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, deploy, support, and optimize automation solutions using Automation Anywhere, Python, Power Apps, and related technologies.
- Deliver scalable, secure, resilient solutions aligned with enterprise standards and guardrails.
- Contribute across the full automation lifecycle: design, build, test, deploy, hyper-care, and production support.
- Troubleshoot complex issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement sustainable fixes.
- Provide technical guidance, mentoring, and standards to developers; promote quality and engineering consistency.
