Job summary

Recruito is seeking a hands-on AI developer to build and deploy AI agents, automation solutions, and end-to-end workflows across business units. You will design scalable architectures and deliver rapid value.

You will work with LLM APIs, RAG, and automation tools, integrate ERP, CRM, and accounting systems, monitor performance, and train non-technical teams while coordinating with vendors.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in AI development and automation.
• Knowledge of LLM APIs, RAG, and tools like n8n, Zapier, or Power Automate.
• Full-stack development and integration skills.
• Experience with ERP, CRM, or accounting systems.
• Ability to manage projects independently from development to deployment.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
