Job summary

IllTip is seeking an AI automation engineer for a fixed-length, fully remote engagement. The role focuses on rebuilding marketing, growth and community workflows with AI-powered automation and prompts, enabling the team to operate more efficiently and with high quality at scale.

Qualifications

• 2+ years building automation, integrations or internal tooling for marketing, growth or community teams.
• Hands-on experience with production workflows using LLM APIs, prompt design, structured outputs and quality evaluation.
• Proficiency with a workflow platform such as n8n, Make or Zapier, plus Python or TypeScript.
• Experience connecting social, email, CRM and community platform APIs, handling auth, rate limits and failures.
• A portfolio of shipped workflows that are still running, with before-and-after examples to walk through.
• Strong written judgement on whether AI output is on-brand.

• Build automated workflows and agents for research, drafting, fact and link checks, SEO metadata and CMS publishing, with a human approval step before anything goes live
• Encode the brand voice into reusable prompts, style guides and examples
• Automate marketing and sales collateral from templates and existing content, product docs and customer stories
• Turn each published post into on-brand drafts for social and community channels
• Document every workflow and hand over so the team can operate and adjust it

This is a fixed-length, fully remote engagement for an AI automation engineer to rebuild how a team's marketing, growth and community work gets done. The organisation is a lean, high-output team working on web-scale public data and knowledge graph technology. The goal is to cut the manual effort of producing and distributing content and running community channels, so that people spend their time on judgement, approvals and relationships. The work suits a hands-on builder who cares about quality, can take a high-level objective and work independently, and wants to leave behind workflows the team can run and adjust without them.
