Job summary

Delta Faucet Company is seeking an AI Automation & Enablement Engineer to scale productivity by automating business processes and embedding AI capabilities across functions, including Copilot adoption and governance.

The role emphasizes designing scalable automation, integrating Microsoft 365 and Databricks, and coaching teams on responsible AI usage while partnering with IT, Data, and Analytics teams to deliver measurable business impact.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • 3-7 years of experience in automation engineering or related technical role.
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate/Power Apps) and Copilot Studio.
  • Experience designing workflow automations or system integrations.
  • Proficiency in SQL and at least one programming language (e.g., Python).
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 ecosystem (Teams, SharePoint, Outlook, OneDrive, Excel).
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Identify, evaluate, and prioritize opportunities to automate repetitive or manual business processes.
  • Design and implement workflow automations using Power Automate, Copilot Studio, Logic Apps, and related technologies.
  • Automate data collection, reporting, notifications, approvals, and operational workflows across business teams.
  • Partner with stakeholders to simplify processes, reduce friction, and create scalable automation patterns.
  • Train and coach business users on responsible, effective, and practical AI usage.
  • Integrate Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Teams, Outlook, Power Platform, and Databricks into cohesive business workflows.
  • Collaborate with Data Engineering and AI Development teams to deploy governance-ready, production-grade automation.
