Job summary

C-4 Analytics in Wakefield, MA is hiring an AI Automation Specialist who will design and deploy AI-powered workflows across Sales, Marketing, Ops, and Finance. You’ll own projects end-to-end—from concept to production—working directly with stakeholders without relying on the core engineering team.

This is a hands-on, systems-building role with a strong focus on ROI, collaboration with senior leaders, and delivering practical AI solutions that move fast in a cross-functional environment.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in building cross-functional systems.
• Strong familiarity with AI models and their practical applications.
• Experience with automation platforms and APIs to deliver end-to-end solutions.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Nice-to-Have: CRM/data platforms experience and operations/consulting background.

Responsibilities

• Apply AI across Sales, Marketing, Ops, Finance, and beyond.
• Map processes, spot bottlenecks, and eliminate manual effort with AI.
• Translate business needs into structured end-to-end system designs.
• Design and execute AI-powered workflows using modern tools and APIs.
• Stay current on the latest AI models and tooling.
