The AI Automation Analyst is a hands-on technology role focused on applying artificial intelligence, automation, and Microsoft technologies to solve real business problems. Working directly with the Business Development organization and other business stakeholders, this role identifies opportunities to eliminate manual work, improve workflows, connect business systems, and deploy practical AI-enabled solutions.
The role combines business process understanding with hands-on technology development. The successful candidate will be comfortable experimenting with emerging AI technologies, building prototypes and working solutions, integrating systems through APIs and connectors, and translating business needs into solutions that can be deployed and used by the organization.
Reporting to the Vice President of Business Development, this is an individual contributor role with significant hands-on responsibility and direct visibility into the business. The role operates within a secure Microsoft GCC High environment and requires the ability to balance innovation with security, compliance, and responsible AI practices.
The successful candidate is a hands-on problem solver who looks for practical opportunities to apply AI and automation to the way work gets done. They are comfortable experimenting with emerging technologies, building solutions, testing what works, and refining those solutions based on real-world results. They can work directly with business stakeholders to understand problems, translate them into technical solutions, and take ownership from concept through implementation and adoption.
Salary range $74000 - $94000/year
