Job summary

ANSER seeks a Statistician/Mathematician to support the DIA with advanced statistical modeling, quantitative analysis, and TEVV for analytic and AI systems. You will develop methodologies, performance metrics, and validation strategies for complex intelligence challenges.

Responsibilities include applying sophisticated methods, preparing data, building models, and communicating findings to technical and nontechnical stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Current TS/SCI clearance with the ability to obtain a CI polygraph.
• Master's degree with at least 12 years of relevant experience or Bachelor's degree with at least 17 years.
• Experience applying advanced statistical and mathematical theories to complex intelligence or technical problems.
• Experience developing statistical models, simulations, performance metrics, and quantitative methodologies.
• Proven expertise in statistical testing, sampling, experimental design, baseline analysis, and performance measurement.

Responsibilities

• Apply advanced statistical and mathematical methods to solve intelligence, analytical, and AI assurance problems.
• Collect, organize, validate, and prepare numeric data for analysis.
• Develop statistical and mathematical models for analysis, simulation, testing, and evaluation.
• Design metrics and methodologies using baselines, historical data, tests, and experimental designs.
• Process large datasets and develop code to automate data collection, processing, modeling, and analysis.
• Evaluate AI system performance, robustness, fairness, and reliability.
