Job summary

T-Mobile is seeking a skilled IT asset and risk specialist to oversee the inventory of AI assets, lifecycle onboarding and offboarding, and the AI risk register. You will ensure accurate ownership, due dates, and audit-ready evidence to accelerate decision-making for AI projects.

The role requires 4–7+ years in IT asset or risk governance, a bachelor’s in a related field (or advanced degree), and strong analytical, writing, and stakeholder-management skills. Competitive pay and benefits offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree plus 5 years of related work experience OR Advanced degree with 3 years of related experience (Required)
• Acceptable areas of study include Computer Science or related field; equivalent experience may be considered
• 4-7+ years of IT asset management, risk management, data governance, or compliance operations

Responsibilities

• Own the inventory of AI assets with clear ownership and due dates
• Manage onboarding, lifecycle, and offboarding of AI assets
• Maintain the AI risk register with owners and due dates
• Produce inventory and risk views for leadership and reporting
• Drive unregistered asset discoveries to zero and support audits and remediation
• Collaborate with Cyber, Legal, Privacy, and TPRM on asset registration and tiering
• Support additional duties as assigned by management
