Straub Collaborative, Inc. is seeking an AI Artist to transform studio photography and briefs into high-quality AI-generated imagery, video, and 3D content.

You will blend artistic vision with hands-on AI tool mastery to deliver brand-accurate assets for multiple clients, maintaining tight deadlines and high-volume output. You’ll collaborate with photographers, stylists, and producers, continuously refining prompts and techniques, while ensuring color, light, and material realism align with

Formación

• Degree in fine arts, photography, digital media, design, or equivalent.
• 3+ years of professional experience in photography, retouching, digital art, motion design, or 3D.
• Portfolio showing production‑quality AI‑generated images, plus video or 3D work.
• Hands‑on fluency with several generative image and video tools and good judgment in tool choice.
• Advanced Photoshop skills: compositing, masking, color correction.

Responsabilidades

• Turn studio photography, product references, and briefs into AI-generated imagery, motion, and 3D content.
• Collaborate with photographers, stylists, retouchers, and producers to meet volume and quality targets.
• Composite, retouch, and color correct AI outputs for client delivery.
• Check assets for brand guidelines, color fidelity, logos, and anatomy.
• Document techniques and stay current on new image/video/3D models.
