We are excited to be adding an AI Artist to our team. You'll work directly with our Art Director to create stunning characters, environments and concept art using cutting-edge AI tools. This is a hands-on, creative role for someone who knows how to prompt like a wizard, polish like a pro and deliver high-quality visuals at speed. Think Clash Royale meets Legend of Mushroom - if that’s your vibe, we’d love to talk.

This role is a 3-months contract with potential to extend or convert to perm.

What You'll Do:

• Own end-to-end asset generation using AI tools

• Work closely with Art Director to translate vision into assets rapidly

• Generate characters, environments, UI concepts, props, weapons, backgrounds

• Source, prompt, refine, and polish AI output using tools like Photoshop

• Push visual identity forward; adapt and evolve style across stages

• Use Figma for concept boards and feedback flow

• Maintain consistent quality aligned with mobile hit games like Clash Royale, Survivor.io, Legend of Mushroom

What You'll Bring:

• Deep knowledge of AI tools: e.g. Midjourney, Stable Diffusion, Google Veo, Leonardo.AI, Runway ML, ect.

• Proficiency in prompt engineering (control, styling, detail, consistency)

• Photoshop or equivalent for refining outputs and creating final visuals

• Fast, efficient and creative execution with a generalist mindset

• Strong taste in mobile game aesthetics; knows what “good” looks like

• Experience iterating on concepts quickly (hours, not days)

• Git familiarity and experience working in structured environments

Bonus Points:

• Unity/Unreal asset workflow familiarity

• 3D tools (e.g., Blender, Mixamo) or motion/animation background

• Familiarity with ControlNet, LoRA fine-tuning, ComfyUI/Automatic1111

• Workflow documentation and team education

• Basic UI/UX or game design sensibility

• Ability to work directly in pipelines that connect to Figma or game engines z
