Qualifications

• Strong background in machine learning research with focus on model architecture.
• Publication record in ML/AI venues (e.g. NeurIPS, ICML, ICLR, ACL).
• Deep understanding of neural network architectures and sequence models.

Responsibilities

• Research and design novel AI architectures and alternatives to standard Transformer designs.
• Prototype and evaluate architectures through ablations and empirical studies.
• Collaborate with engineers to deploy training and inference systems.
