• 8+ years of software engineering, data, cloud, AI/ML, or architecture experience.
• Experience with Generative AI, LLMs, RAG, AI agents, prompt/context engineering, embeddings, and vector search.
• Experience with Microsoft Azure AI/OpenAI, Azure AI Foundry, OpenAI, AWS, or similar enterprise AI/cloud platforms.
• Experience defining AI architecture patterns, security, governance, integrations, APIs, evaluation, and production deployment strategies.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent professional experience.

Requirements for This Role Include

• Strong hands-on experience with Generative AI, LLMs, RAG, AI agents, prompt/context engineering, embeddings, and vector search.
• Strong experience with Microsoft Azure AI/OpenAI, Azure AI Foundry, OpenAI, AWS, or similar enterprise AI/cloud platforms.
• Experience defining AI architecture patterns, security, governance, integrations, APIs, evaluation, and production deployment strategies.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.

Preferences

• Experience with Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Foundry, Semantic Kernel, LangChain, or similar AI frameworks.
• Experience architecting enterprise RAG solutions, AI agents, copilots, and multi-agent workflows.
• Experience with AI evaluation, observability, guardrails, Responsible AI, model governance, and AI security.

Compensation and Working Hours

Where required by law, NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for specific roles. The starting hourly range for this remote role is ($90.00-$120.00/Hour). This range reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations.
