Tech Mirrors is seeking an AI Architect (Pod Lead) to own end-to-end architecture for a production AI disposition engine and to scale the detection engine across multiple cloud regions. You will define deterministic boundaries, drive cross-workstream coupling, and lead design sessions to convert ambiguity into actionable decisions.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end architecture of the Disposition Engine, including item ledger and evidence-pack assembly.
• Scale the end-to-end architecture of the Detection Engine.
• Define deterministic boundaries versus model-based reasoning for each problem.
• Design cross-workstream coupling and change wave propagation.
• Lead design sessions and drive clear, auditable decisions for the team.
• Own gold-set evaluation strategy and metrics like auto-disposition rate and accuracy.
