Job summary

FalconSmartIT is seeking an experienced AWS Architect to design, build, and deploy enterprise-scale AI and LLM solutions in Reading, PA. The role requires hands-on leadership to architect end-to-end AI/ML platforms, production-grade applications, and agentic workflows on AWS.

You will mentor teams, establish best practices for scalable AI delivery, and collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to drive AI initiatives successfully.

Qualifications

• Experience designing and deploying AI/ML and Generative AI solutions at scale.
• Proof-of-concept to production implementation across enterprise environments.
• Mentor teams and promote best practices for scalable AI delivery.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement end-to-end AI/ML architectures and production-ready solutions.
• Architect, provision, and manage secure, scalable AI infrastructure on AWS.
• Build, optimize, and deploy multi-agent systems and orchestration frameworks.
• Develop data, model, and inference pipelines integrating LLMs, vector stores, and enterprise apps.
• Implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) and optimize prompts for enterprise use cases.
• Lead AI engineering practices and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver AI initiatives.
