Job summary

MethodHub seeks a Digital & AI Technical Architect to design and deliver hands-on solution architectures across the client’s Digital & AI landscape, with a focus on pharma commercial domains including digital marketing and market access.

The role leads architecture decisions, AI-driven solution design, and compliance with Responsible AI, data privacy, and security standards, partnering with risk and security teams to ensure scalable, secure implementations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8+ years in technology roles with hands-on design and delivery.
• Strong experience in pharma or life sciences commercial domain across at least two areas (marketing/omnichannel, CRM/field, payer/market access, pricing/contracting, analytics).
• Proven track record designing and implementing AI-driven solutions in regulated enterprises.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain end-to-end solution architectures for Digital & AI use cases in Commercial across marketing, omnichannel, and market access.
• Lead hands-on solution design using GenAI and agentic tech stacks, including integration, security, and observability.
• Translate business requirements into technology blueprints, ensuring reuse of core platforms and services.
• Prototype, harden, and scale AI solutions with engineering teams; provide architectural guidance and oversight on non-functional requirements.
