Job summary

VeeRteq Solutions Inc. is seeking an AI Architect in Chicago, IL to lead the design of end-to-end Agentic AI and Knowledge Graph architectures within an Agile team. You will integrate with data platforms, ensure HIPAA/PHI protection, and drive guardrails for security and governance.

The role requires extensive experience in AI, ML, data platforms, and enterprise-scale solutions, with a focus on health-tech integrations and compliant data handling.

Qualifications

• 12–15 years of experience in AI architecture and enterprise-scale data platforms.
• Experience building healthcare AI architectures with HIPAA/PHI considerations.
• Proven track record in Agile teams and delivering end-to-end AI solutions.

Responsibilities

• Define the end-to-end Agentic AI and Knowledge Graph architecture.
• Design supervisor, planner, specialized agent, tool-use, and human-in-the-loop patterns.
• Define integration with VIP data platform, Orkes workflows, Databricks, and Unity Catalog.
• Design the Stardog Knowledge Graph model for schemas, mappings, recipes, rules, lineage, and contractual controls.
• Establish AI security, HIPAA, PHI protection, tenant isolation, and contract-honoring guardrails.
• Define standards for grounding, explainability, confidence scoring, evaluation, and observability.
• Guide reusable agent skills for source discovery, Epic mapping, recipe generation, quality, and remediation.
• Review solution designs, technical deliverables, and production-readiness.
