Job summary

Ascendix Technologies is seeking a senior AI Architect to design and deliver AI-first solutions for clients, leading real-world AI implementations across client delivery, solution architecture, and pre-sales. This role supports building a long-term AI practice focused on production-ready delivery.

You will own architecture decisions across backend, infrastructure, and deployment, mentor engineers, and coordinate with executives to translate business problems into scalable technical solutions.

AscendixTechnologies is scaling its AI delivery capability and looking for a senior-level AI Architect who can lead real-world AI implementations across client delivery, solution architecture, and pre-sales . We are actively investing in AI engineering capabilities and building a long-term AI practice designed around practical, production-ready delivery.

What We're Looking For

AI Engineering & Delivery (Products and with AI)

• Building AI into products:Hands-on experience integrating LLMs into real applications; experience with RAG, AI agents, copilots, or AI workflow orchestration.
• Building products with AI: You already use AI in your development workflow (LLM-assisted coding, prompt engineering, AI-based testing / code review, automation) and can point to examples where this has accelerated delivery.
• Strong backend engineering and architecture experience. We're not tied to a specific language or framework. What matters is that you can architect robust, scalable backend systems and that you understand why certain decisions matter.
• Proven experience shipping production systems end-to-end. Not just designed it, not just prototyped it. You've been responsible for something real that runs in production and that clients depend on.
• Infrastructure and scalability awareness.

Client-Facing & Communication

• Strong communication and client-facing skills, with the ability to present and explain complex solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, including executives.
• Solid English proficiency suitable for executive-facing conversations.

Ways of Working

• Ability to operate with high ownership and minimal handholding.
• Works effectively within a delivery team, including engineers, consultants, and BAs, rather than as a solo contributor.

• Salesforce or CRM ecosystem exposure.

What You'll Do

Architect & Deliver AI-First Solutions

• Design and build production-grade AI-powered applications.
• Implement RAG pipelines, AI copilots, LLM integrations, and agentic workflows.
• Own architecture decisions across backend, infrastructure, scalability, and deployment.
• Lead technical delivery for client-facing AI initiatives.

Use AI to Accelerate Engineering

You should already be using:

• LLM-assisted coding;
• AI-powered development tools;
• AI-based testing and code review;
• Join discovery and solutioning calls with prospects.
• Translate business problems into realistic technical solutions;
• Provide architecture direction and delivery estimates;
• Communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Help Shape the AI Practice

• Improve AI delivery standards and engineering workflows.
• Influence tooling, implementation approaches, and best practices.
• Work directly with senior architects and leadership/C-level.
• Mentor engineers and team leads on AI delivery practices;
• Lead and operate small delivery teams under compressed timelines.
