Location: Remote/Chicago, IL (Some travel to Chicago for Design Sessions)

Job Description

The Senior AI Architect will play a critical role in supporting the healthcare organization's growing portfolio of enterprise AI initiatives. This role involves establishing scalable AI architecture patterns and guardrails, collaborating with the AI Transformation team to transition solutions from discovery and experimentation into production. Key areas of focus include GenAI and agentic architecture, Azure/cloud architecture, Epic and enterprise-system integration, data architecture, security/privacy, and production readiness.

Senior technical architecture resource to support a growing portfolio of enterprise AI initiatives. The role will establish scalable AI architecture patterns and guardrails while working directly with the AI Transformation team to design and move solutions from discovery and experimentation into production. Key needs include GenAI and agentic architecture, Azure/cloud architecture, Epic and enterprise-system integration, data architecture, security/privacy, and production readiness. This capability is particularly important as the organization moves AI solutions such as Grant and other clinical and operational use cases toward deeper enterprise integration and scale.
