We are looking for a dynamic AI Architect to spearhead our AI initiatives, guiding the integration of artificial intelligence into various aspects of our business. You will design AI systems from the ground up, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to tailor AI solutions to specific business needs, and ensure these solutions are scalable and sustainable.

You will lead high-impact projects, conceptualize groundbreaking frameworks, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver unparalleled AI products.

Role And Responsibilities:

1. Design, develop, and oversee the implementation of end-to-end AI solutions
2. Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to understand and fulfill the AI needs of the organization
3. Create architectural approaches for AI software and hardware integration
4. Define AI solution objectives and ensure alignment with business outcomes
5. Monitor AI industry trends and maintain state-of-the-art industry knowledge
6. Implement best practices for AI testing, deployment, and maintenance
7. Experience working on all aspects of enterprise-scale implementation for AI/GenAI solutions including architecture, design, security, infrastructure, MLOps/GenAIOps
8. Demonstrate deep knowledge of ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, Spacy, and scikit-learn
9. Leverage advanced knowledge of Python open-source software stack such as Django or Flask, Django Rest or FastAPI, etc.
10. Deep knowledge in statistics and Machine Learning models, deep learning models, NLP, Generative Adversarial Networks (GAN), and other generative models
11. Experience working with RAG technologies and LLM frameworks, LLM model registries (Hugging Face), LLM APIs, embedding models, and vector databases
12. Employ technical knowledge and hands-on experience with Azure OpenAI, Google Vertex Gen AI, and AWS LLM foundational models, BERT, Transformers, PaLM, Bard, etc.
13. Have problem-solving abilities combined with good communication skills
14. Deploy knowledge of Azure DevOps, YAML, Shell scripting, Terraform, and pipelines
15. Understand how to fine-tune models, quantize models, and deploy models
16. Design integrations between various cloud-based services through APIs, keeping modular designs in mind
17. Apply knowledge of data engineering tools and technologies and understanding of concepts such as big data and data pipelines
18. Scope, manage, and drive complex GenAI projects and programs to successful completion
19. Design and implement GenAI frameworks and patterns tailored to client needs
20. Architect and lead the implementation of GenAI use cases, projects, and POCs across multiple industries
21. Work on RAG models and Agents Frameworks to enhance GenAI solutions by incorporating relevant information retrieval mechanisms and frameworks
22. Utilize best practices and creativity to address challenges and deliver impactful solutions
23. Conduct market research, formulate perspectives, and communicate insights to clients and stakeholders
24. Establish strong client relationships, gaining insights into project requirements and challenges
25. Communicate complex technical concepts clearly to non-technical audiences
26. Handle data sets of varying complexity, processing massive data streams in distributed computing environments
27. Apply business acumen to analyze data, develop insightful reports, and solve problems
28. Perform ad hoc analyses based on evolving business needs
29. Participate in the analysis and resolution of issues related to information flow and data content
30. Collaborate with data stakeholders to address challenges and enhance data quality
31. Mentor junior data scientists and GenAI engineers, fostering professional growth within the team
32. Conduct training sessions to enhance overall data science skills within the organization

Requirements:

• Experience architecting high-impact GenAI solutions for diverse clients
• 10+ years of experience participating in projects that focused on Predictive Analytics, Data Design, Generative AI, AI/ML, ML Ops
• Extensive experience using Python
• Master's degree preferred
• Demonstrates sound judgment with minimal support from practice executives through structured problem identification, mitigation, and resolution
• Exhibits strong teamwork, consistently performing as a dependable team member with an excellent work ethic
• Maintains a flexible "can-do" attitude and a commitment to success
• Professional verbal and written communication
• Undergraduate or Graduate degree preferred
