Job summary

PM Pediatric Care seeks an AI & Analytics Engineer to design, build, and deliver AI-powered applications and data pipelines. You will develop frontend interfaces and backend services, connect AI to clinical and operational workflows, and create dashboards with Power BI.

Ideal candidates have 2–4 years in data analytics/engineering, proficiency in React/Angular/Vue and a modern backend framework, plus experience with SQL, GitHub, and ETL/ELT. Healthcare/pediatrics exposure is a plus.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in data analytics, BI development, data engineering, or software development.
• Experience delivering end-to-end software products aligned to business requirements.
• Proven ability to test, troubleshoot, and ensure reliable app performance.
• Experience building dashboards, reports, or data pipelines in professional settings.
• Experience delivering frontend and backend components end-to-end.

Responsibilities

• Develop AI-powered applications and agents to support workflows.
• Build user-facing interfaces surfacing AI capabilities for clinical/operational users.
• Create backend services and APIs to integrate AI into workflows.
• Develop and maintain ETL/ELT pipelines feeding analytics/use cases.
• Collaborate with IT, operations, and stakeholders; communicate progress effectively.
• Follow coding standards, reviews, and testing; ensure data security and governance.
