Allied Resources Technical Consultants is seeking an AI Application Security Consultant for a 12-month remote engagement in the US. • Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years in cybersecurity within Application Security, DevSecOps, Product Security, Cloud AI Security.
• Hands-on experience with SAST, DAST, SBOM, vulnerability management, repository security, CI/CD security, and container scanning.
• Experience integrating security controls into modern software development and DevSecOps environments.
• Experience with Azure/AWS/GCP and various AI security services is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and mature Application Security and DevSecOps capabilities across enterprise development environments.
• Integrate SAST, DAST, SCA, SBOM, container scanning into CI/CD pipelines.
• Conduct security assessments of LLMs, GenAI apps, RAG implementations, AI agents, and AI-enabled SaaS.
• Perform AI red teaming for prompt injection, jailbreaks, data exposure, and misuse risks.
• Evaluate AI agent identity, permissions, data access, memory, plugins, connectors, APIs, and MCP-based integrations.
• Assess AI guardrails, authentication, authorization, DLP, logging, observability, and runtime protections.
• Support AI governance, AI inventory, AI-BOM, shadow AI discovery, and continuous AI security posture management.
• Partner with development, cloud, cybersecurity, and business teams to implement remediation controls.

Our client is seeking an AI Application Security Consultant to support enterprise Application Security, DevSecOps, and emerging AI/GenAI security initiatives. This role will focus on reducing cybersecurity risk across software development environments, cloud platforms, enterprise applications, and artificial intelligence technologies including LLMs, RAG solutions, AI agents, coding assistants, and AI-enabled applications.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Application Security, Product Security, or DevSecOps, along with hands‑on experience or significant exposure to AI/GenAI security.

Key Highlights:

• Develop and mature Application Security and DevSecOps capabilities across enterprise development environments.
• Integrate SAST, DAST, SCA, SBOM, container scanning, and other security controls into CI/CD pipelines.
• Conduct security assessments of LLMs, GenAI applications, RAG implementations, AI agents, AI APIs, and AI-enabled SaaS platforms.
• Perform or support AI red teaming for prompt injection, jailbreaks, sensitive‑data exposure, insecure RAG, excessive agency, and unauthorized tool usage.
• Evaluate AI agent identity, permissions, delegated authority, data access, memory, plugins, connectors, APIs, and MCP‑based integrations.
• Assess AI guardrails, authentication, authorization, DLP, logging, observability, and runtime protections.
• Support AI governance, AI inventory, AI‑BOM, shadow AI discovery, and continuous AI security posture management.
• Partner with development, cloud, cybersecurity, and business teams to translate findings into practical remediation and preventative security controls.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• 5+ years of cybersecurity experience within Application Security, DevSecOps, Product Security, Cloud Security, AI Security, or a related discipline.
• Hands‑on experience with SAST, DAST, Software Composition Analysis, SBOM, vulnerability management, repository security, CI/CD security, and/or container scanning.
• Experience integrating security controls into modern software development and DevSecOps environments.
• Experience with cloud and development platforms such as Azure, Azure DevOps, GitHub Enterprise, GitHub Copilot, Microsoft AI services, Copilot Studio, Azure Databricks, MLflow, AWS, or Google Cloud.
• Experience with AI/GenAI security, LLM security, RAG security, AI agents, prompt injection testing, AI red teaming, AI guardrails, or model/API security strongly preferred.
• Working knowledge of NIST CSF, NIST AI RMF, NIST SSDF, OWASP Application Security, OWASP API Security, and OWASP LLM/GenAI security guidance.
• Certifications such as CISSP, CSSLP, CCSP, GIAC, or Azure/AWS/GCP Security certifications are preferred but not required.
