Infosys Public Services is seeking an AI & API Business Systems Analyst/Project Manager to join our team in the United States. The role focuses on coordinating multiple projects, maintaining schedules, and delivering clear technical requirements for AI-driven API and client applications.

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree, 4+ years of AI development experience for documentation, and be able to travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of specialized AI development experience for technical requirements documentation.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day project management and coordination across multiple projects and workstreams.
• Maintain project schedules, milestone trackers, deliverables registers, calendars, and task lists.
• Organize project meetings, prepare agendas, capture decisions, assign follow-ups, and track items to closure.
• Collect and consolidate status updates; prepare status reports and presentations for leadership.
• Maintain risks, issues, actions, and dependency logs; elevate concerns to project leaders.
• Facilitate communication between business and IT stakeholders to clarify ownership and handoffs.
• Organize and maintain project documentation using established repositories and version control.
• Support tracking of business needs, reviews, change requests, and approvals; assist as needed.
• Identify bottlenecks and recommend improvements to PMO workflows and reporting.
