Job summary

Gramian Consultancy is seeking an experienced AI Annotation Team Lead to oversee annotation teams responsible for producing accurate AI training data. You will manage daily workflows, guide annotators and Pod Leads, monitor productivity and quality metrics, and ensure timely delivery under tight deadlines, often within 24-hour turnaround windows.

The ideal candidate has proven team leadership, strong operational and communication skills, and the ability to translate complex client guidelines

Responsibilities

• Oversee annotation batches from kickoff to final delivery.
• Translate client guidelines into clear, actionable instructions for annotators and leads.
• Lead and coordinate teams, set daily targets, and manage staffing and workload.
• Monitor productivity, quality, turnaround times, and other metrics.
• Coach, retrain, and remediate to address performance gaps and quality issues.
• Collaborate with QA and tooling teams to improve workflows.
