Your Role: As an expert in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning, you will be instrumental in translating complex real‑world challenges into effective, efficient, and scalable AI and machine learning solutions. Your work will revolve around developing and deploying state‑of‑the‑art AI solutions that foster innovation and elevate performance. You’ll collaborate with cross‑disciplinary teams, utilizing your knowledge in machine learning, deep learning, and data analysis to tackle intricate problems and deliver significant AI‑driven outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work closely with stakeholders to prototype innovative solutions for new system integrations, upgrades, and the ongoing maintenance of existing applications while ensuring compliance with coding standards.
  • Generate system specifications, formulate test plans, and manage project scope and issues effectively.
  • Create and implement AI‑based solutions and machine learning models tailored to meet unique requirements using advanced techniques and best practices.
  • Employ machine learning and sophisticated AI methods to derive valuable insights from complex datasets and tackle demanding challenges.
  • Launch trained models into live environments, ensuring they are scalable, reliable, and optimized for performance, while integrating them smoothly with existing systems and applications.
  • Design and implement intelligent agents and multi‑agent frameworks to enhance client workflows.

Note: This role may require travel, with the frequency ranging from 0% to 100% based on business demands and client needs.

Qualifications
  • At least 3 years of full‑time experience in Data Analysis, Statistics, Machine Learning, or Computer Science.
  • A minimum of 2 years’ experience in machine learning, deep learning, or strong proficiency in Natural Language Processing (NLP).
  • At least 2 years’ experience with AI/ML and cognitive services from a leading cloud service provider.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience building Conversational AI applications using cloud technology and orchestrating AI/ML services into comprehensive solutions.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with a minimum of 12 years of relevant work experience (6 years for those with an Associate’s Degree).
Preferred Skills
  • Experience with speech recognition, text‑to‑speech, and chatbot technologies.
Compensation

Salary Range:

  • California: $70,350 to $205,800
  • Cleveland: $59,100 to $164,600
  • Colorado: $63,800 to $177,800
  • District of Columbia: $68,000 to $189,300
  • Illinois: $59,100 to $177,800
  • Maryland: $63,800 to $177,800
  • Massachusetts: $63,800 to $189,300
  • Minnesota: $63,800 to $177,800
  • New York: $66,300 to $205,800
  • New Jersey: $68,000 to $205,800
  • Washington: $80,200 to $189,300
