Job description

We are seeking a detail oriented Data Analyst Migration Specialist to lead end to end data center application and cloud migration initiatives In this role you will design and execute ETL pipelines conduct postmigration validation and ensure absolute data integrity across largescale systems You will leverage SQL Python Power BI and modern AI assisted tools to automate validation workflows clean complex datasets and collaborate across technical and business teams

Key Responsibilities:

Data Migration ETL Execution Lead end to end migration processes including data extraction transformation loading ETL cleansing and post cutover quality assurance

Validation QA Perform data reconciliation source to target validation and postmigration audits using SQL and Python to remediate discrepancies and ensure complete data integrity

Process Automation Utilize AI assisted analytics and migration tools alongside Python pandas NumPy to automate repetitive validation tasks accelerating overall project timelines

BI Reporting Design and maintain Power BI dashboards utilizing DAX and structured data models to track migration KPIs data quality metrics and operational performance

Cross Functional Collaboration Serve as a bridge between technical migration teams and business operators translating business rules into clear migration and data requirements

Required Qualifications:

Education Masters degree in Information Science Data Analytics or a related field or equivalent practical experience

Migration Expertise Hands-on experience with database application migrations data center support and ETL pipeline development

Technical Proficiency:

Modern Workflows Experience using AI assisted development prompt engineering and automated validation tools

Analytical Skills Strong ability to perform Exploratory Data Analysis EDA root cause analysis on data discrepancies and KPI tracking

Preferred Qualifications:

Google Data Analytics Professional Certificate or relevant industry certifications

Background in retail or enterprise scale pricing operational data analysis

Understanding of cloud architecture and server management environment
