Job summary

DeveloperLook LTD is hiring for a fully remote role where you will join a team of 10 developers building AI agents, chatbots, and data integration automations for clients. You will ship every two weeks, review peers, and report automation savings to clients.

Strong Python/Node.js and REST API experience are required, with hands-on n8n/Make/Zapier usage. We welcome applicants worldwide for a full-time remote position.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years as a developer, with AI or automation projects in production.
• Strong Python or Node.js, and experience with REST APIs and webhooks.
• Hands-on experience with n8n, Make or Zapier.
• You understand how language models fail and how to test for it.
• Clear written English and the ability to work async with clients.

Responsibilities

• Build AI agents and chatbots using OpenAI and other model APIs.
• Design workflows with n8n and Make connecting CRMs, email and databases.
• Set up retrieval with vector databases from client data.
• Write prompts, tests and guardrails for consistent automation behavior.
• Measure hours saved by automations and report to clients.
• Review teammates’ work and have yours reviewed.

You will join a fully remote team of 10 developers and build the automations our clients run their operations on: AI agents that answer customers, chatbots that know the company’s own documents, and workflows that move data between tools so nobody copies and pastes. Every project has a project manager, and you ship every two weeks.

What you will do:

• Build AI agents and chatbots with OpenAI and other model APIs
• Design n8n and Make workflows that connect CRMs, email and databases
• Set up retrieval with vector databases so answers come from the client’s own data
• Write prompts, tests and guardrails so automations behave the same way every time
• Measure the hours each automation saves and report them to the client
• Review your teammates’ work and get yours reviewed

What you need:

• 3 to 5 years as a developer, with AI or automation projects in production
• Strong Python or Node.js, and experience with REST APIs and webhooks
• Hands‑on experience with n8n, Make or Zapier
• You understand how language models fail and how to test for it
• Clear written English: you work async and keep clients updated
• A reliable internet connection and a quiet place to work

Nice to have:

LangChain or LlamaIndex, MCP servers, Claude API, Supabase, Voice agents, CRM integrations.

Full-time, fully remote from any country, 3 to 5 years of experience. Salary: $1,500 to $2,500 a month (USD).
