Job description

• Drive offering development and delivery excellence using AI
• Lead business development efforts including solution shaping and proposal development
• Collaborate with Technology Client Partners to sell solutions across technology, data, and analytics products
• Shape the vision and roadmap for the Technology & AI practice
• Collaborate with internal offerings teams to build and enhance offerings
• Architect scalable AI and data solutions aligned with client business goals
• Ensure engagements meet technical, financial, and quality standards

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in life sciences consulting
• Track record of selling, managing, and delivering client projects
• Solid understanding of healthcare data, analytical methods, and Commercial practice areas in biopharma
• Strong expertise in at least two of the following: Cloud data platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP/Snowflake/Databricks), Commercial Data & Analytics platforms (IQVIA, RWD sources), GenAI and LLM applications in life sciences, AI/ML modeling and MLOps
• Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills
• Strong communication and executive presence
