• Certifications in MS Azure, DevOps, Analytics, and AI.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day functional support for deployed AI and analytics solutions.
• Maintain knowledge of emerging AI technologies and solutions compatible with a government tenant.
• Monitor and troubleshoot tickets related to AI and analytics solutions.
• Collaborate with the business to define, design and deploy use cases leveraging AI and analytics solutions.
• Build and maintain AI governance frameworks.
• Work with third-party vendors as applicable to support on-going projects.
