About The Role

As an AI Analyst in the SDR Program at Remote.com, you'll be at the forefront of revolutionizing our internal GTM engine. You'll design, build, and deploy AI/ML-powered solutions to increase productivity, generate pipeline, and drive revenue. Collaborate with GTM leadership and teams to identify automation opportunities, prototype, test, and deploy solutions. This role is ideal for an entrepreneurial engineer passionate about applying AI/ML to real-world challenges, building end-to-end systems, and seeing measurable results.

What This Job Can Offer You

• Spearhead applied AI/ML within Remote’s GTM functions.
• Impact revenue and operational efficiency through automation.
• Own the design, development, and deployment of internal AI tools.
• Work cross-functionally with Sales, SDRs, Marketing, and Revenue Operations.
• Operate autonomously in a fast-paced environment, experimenting and iterating.
• Pioneer the application of frontier AI models to build scalable GTM automation systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Automate end-to-end SDR functions, from prospecting to qualification.
• Design and build a three-tiered automation engine: Signal Ingestion, Intelligence & Orchestration, Automated Action layers.
• Develop and fine-tune AI/ML models for personalized outreach.
• Partner with Sales, SDRs, Marketing, and Revenue Operations to understand needs and implement solutions.
• Ensure solutions integrate seamlessly with existing tech stack (Salesforce, Outreach, etc.).
• Prototype, iterate, and A/B test new AI-driven GTM projects.
• Monitor and optimize AI systems for performance and reliability.
• Use data to identify opportunities and measure ROI.

What You Bring

• 3+ years in a technical role such as ML Engineer or Product Manager, focusing on systems deployment.
• Experience with ML applications, LLMs, APIs, and full-stack development.
• Proficiency with AI/LLM development platforms and GTM tools.
• Ability to translate GTM needs into technical solutions.
• Proactive, ownership-driven, and data-driven mindset.
• Excellent communication skills and curiosity about AI advancements.

Compensation

The base salary range is $42,000 - $141,750 USD, depending on location, experience, and skills. Remote emphasizes fair, competitive pay globally, considering geographic differentials.
