About the Role

Join Remote.com as an AI Analyst, SDR Program, where you'll be at the forefront of revolutionizing our internal Go-To-Market engine. Instead of building external product features, you'll be a force multiplier for our Sales Development, Sales, and GTM teams. Your mission is to design, build, and deploy innovative AI/ML-powered solutions and automation systems that increase productivity, generate pipeline, and drive scalable revenue growth.

Partner closely with GTM leadership and team members to understand workflows, identify automation opportunities, and rapidly prototype, test, and deploy solutions. This role is ideal for an entrepreneurial engineer passionate about applying cutting-edge AI/ML to real-world challenges, building end-to-end systems, and seeing measurable GTM success.

What This Job Can Offer You

• Spearhead the application of applied AI/ML within Remote’s GTM functions.
• Impact revenue generation and operational efficiency through automation.
• Own the design, development, and deployment of internal AI tools and workflows.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, SDRs, Marketing, and Revenue Operations teams.
• Operate with autonomy in a fast-paced environment, experimenting and iterating.
• Pioneer the application of frontier AI models to build intelligent, scalable, and revenue-driving GTM automation systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Automate end-to-end SDR functions: Build systems that autonomously perform prospecting, enrichment, outreach, and qualification.
• Engineer advanced agentic GTM workflows: Design a three-tiered automation engine with layers for signal ingestion, intelligence & orchestration, and automated actions.
• Design, build, and deploy custom AI/ML models: Develop models to automate personalized outreach and responses.
• Partner with teams: Understand their needs, gather requirements, and ensure solutions meet their needs.
• Integrate solutions: Ensure AI tools work seamlessly with existing tech stacks like Salesforce, Outreach, etc.
• Prototype, iterate, and test: Rapidly develop AI projects, measure impact, and scale successful ones.
• Monitor and optimize: Maintain the performance and reliability of AI systems.
• Champion data-driven decision making: Use data to identify opportunities and measure ROI.

What You Bring / You’ll thrive if you:

• Have 3+ years in a technical role, with experience in building and deploying systems.
• Proven experience with ML-powered applications, LLMs, APIs, and architectures like OpenAI, Langchain, etc.
• Experience with full-stack development and building internal UIs.
• Experience with rapid prototyping using AI platforms.
• Hands-on experience with GTM tech, CRM systems, and AI prospecting tools.
• Knowledge of automation platforms and data pipelines.
• Ability to translate GTM needs into technical solutions.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Curiosity about AI/ML advancements and their applications.
• Ability to work autonomously and remotely.

Remote Compensation Philosophy

Our Total Rewards philosophy ensures fair, unbiased compensation, and competitive benefits globally. We pay above local rates to support global talent and local wealth. The salary range for this role is $42,000 - $141,750 USD, depending on various factors. We support internal mobility with fair pay adjustments.
