Job summary

PCL Solar Constructors USA Inc. in Katy, TX is seeking an AI Analyst to lead AI, BIM, and digital construction initiatives across solar projects.

You will partner with cross-functional teams to implement, evaluate, and scale AI-driven workflows, enhance decision-making, and drive operational impact. The ideal candidate has 5–7 years in construction tech, fluency with AI-enabled tools, and strong communication skills to translate complex concepts to diverse audiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• 5–7 years of construction-related experience with BIM, VDC, or digital project delivery.
• Demonstrated fluency with AI-enabled tools in business or construction contexts.
• Strong understanding of construction workflows and digital modeling practices.
• Experience implementing construction technology and BIM/VDC processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation and continuous improvement of AI-enabled tools across solar projects.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to apply AI solutions improving workflows and decision-making.
• Analyze workflows to define problems, requirements, and priority use cases.
• Manage digital construction resources, workflows, and process improvement initiatives.
• Ensure multidiscipline models are current and aligned with standards.
• Support digital workflows across pursuit, planning, design and construction phases.
• Coordinate detailing and model management with internal teams and partners.
• Liaise among design, construction, estimating, and operations to align solutions with goals.
• Support pursuits by identifying VDC, geospatial, AI solutions for proposals.
• Contribute to business cases, cost-benefit analyses, and digital roadmaps.
• Assist user acceptance testing, rollout, and performance monitoring of tools.
• Build user confidence through training and change management.
