This role includes AI design, development, and deployment of AI solutions that automate processes and enhance decision-making across the organization.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of data/AI/automation analysis experience.
• Strong data management understanding with emphasis on end-user applications.
• Excellent stakeholder communication and cross-functional leadership across Operations, Sales, Marketing, IT, HR, and Finance.
• Pursuing a degree in a relevant field (Business Management/Analysis, Engineering, Manufacturing, CS, Data/Analytics) or equivalent work experience.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze systems and develop AI strategies for improving business activities.
• Develop data requirements (structured and unstructured) used to train and optimize AI models.
• Oversee end-to-end AI project lifecycle: concept → design → development → testing → deployment.
• Communicate solution designs, constraints, and implementation considerations clearly.
• Attend AI Steering Committee meetings to help define and prioritize AI projects.

Job Summary

HellermannTyton North America (HTNA) is accelerating the use of Artificial Intelligence (AI) to unlock capacity, improve quality, and fuel growth across our North American manufacturing operations. The AI Analyst Associate collaborates closely with cross-functional teams to understand business needs, conceptualize solutions, and deliver production-ready AI capabilities. They will be responsible for assisting with the AI design, development, and deployment of AI solutions that automate processes, improve efficiency, and enhance decision-making across the organization. This role participates in the building of AI solutions—such as agents, chatbots, predictive text systems, translation engines, and virtual assistants—and ensuring these tools integrate smoothly into business workflows. This will be achieved while maintaining HellermannTyton Quality and EHS certifications by supporting all corporate policies, procedures, work instructions, and required documentation.

Essential Functions

• Data Analysis & Requirements
  • Collaborate with Business Stakeholders on reviews and analysis of existing systems and develop AI strategies for improving business activities. Collaborate with Business Stakeholders on documentation of as-is capabilities about business processes, technology, etc.
  • Develop data requirements (structured and unstructured) used to train and optimize AI models.
  • Troubleshoot data issues to improve model accuracy and reliability.
  • Analyze, facilitate, model, and organize information in order to reconcile conflicts, elicit requirements and distinguish solution ideas from business needs for AI initiatives. Evaluate all IT architecture and develop required presentations and white papers for all technical processes and evaluate performance of staff and provide required feedback of all processes.
• Collaboration & Project Execution
  • Work with business stakeholders, IT, Business Analysts, and Technical Analysts to gather and prepare requirements and refine AI project scope.
  • Participate in the entire lifecycle: concept → design → development → testing → deployment.
  • Provide clear communication around solution design, constraints, and implementation considerations.
  • Runs effective meetings by scheduling, developing agendas for, and facilitating requirements gathering meetings. Documentation of discussion with action items effectively captured and shared shortly after meetings occur.
  • Attend AI Steering Committee meetings, as appropriate, to help define and prioritize projects to achieve future state.
• AI Solution Design & Development Oversight
  • Perform AI design activities (e.g. writing technical designs), portions of technology architecture and technical design activities, and portions of technology build, test and deployment for AI solutions as appropriate.
  • Work with the AI Program Manager and the IT Development team by overseeing the design, development, testing, and deployment of AI solutions that reduce manual effort and improve workflow efficiency.
  • Provide perspective for AI solutions to determine whether they are scalable, secure, and aligned to business requirements as well as technical standards.
  • Work to drive ultimate utilization, faster adoption and higher proficiency on change impacted on personnel in the organization in order for business results to be achieved with the implementation and adoption of AI.
• Process & Workflow Development
  • Assist the AI Program Manager in development of the AI strategy/infrastructure to support business strategy (i.e.. data management, business intelligence, IoT, etc.) and processes (new and existing). Work with the business group to understand and support Business Systems and process needs, identify projects, build business cases, and facilitate project prioritization.
  • Create and test AI processes and workflows that reduce manual effort and improve workflow efficiency.
  • Aide the Senior Process Excellence Leader in process and procedures gaps are closed to meet business value and KPIs.
  • Create and maintain project documentation and technology deliverables.

What You'll Bring

• Required
  • 1+ years analyzing data/AI/automation; proven knowledge in data management understanding with emphasis on end-user application.
  • Strong Data Management understanding with emphasis on end-user application.
  • Excellent stakeholder communication and leadership across Operations, Sales, Marketing, IT, HR, and Finance.
  • Pursuing a degree in Business Management/Analysis, Engineering, Manufacturing, Computer Science, Data/Analytics, or equivalent work experience.
• Desired
  • Background in manufacturing or associated environments.
  • Lean / Six Sigma certification; experience embedding AI within continuous improvement programs.
  • Experience with AI Tools (MS CoPilot Studio, MS Fabric, MS Azure Foundry)
