Ohnward Bancshares, Inc. seeks an AI/ML Integration Specialist to bridge business strategy and advanced machine learning. You will evaluate and deploy AI solutions, preprocess data, validate outputs, and monitor models to support data-driven decision making.

The role collaborates with the CTO and IT teams to translate complex technical insights into actionable business goals, ensuring compliance and governance across AI initiatives.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in programming languages and familiarity with frameworks or AI libraries.
• Strong background in statistical methods and machine learning concepts.
• Experience with data preparation and AI model validation.

Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities for AI and automation within the business, mapping workflows, and building full-stack AI-assisted tools.
• Collect, clean, and preprocess large datasets for model training and advanced analytics.
• Develop, test, and maintain machine learning models and validate AI outputs for accuracy and reliability.
• Prepare dashboards and executive reports to translate AI findings into actionable business strategies.
• Ensure AI solutions comply with data privacy rules and monitor for bias.
