Qualifications

• 8+ years of engineering experience with at least 3 years as an engineering manager.
• Strong foundational familiarity with the full AI product stack.
• Proficiency in Python (bonus points for TypeScript, Go, and/or Rust).
• Experience leading and mentoring engineering teams.
• Ability to recruit and interview effectively.
• Excellent product intuition and user experience focus.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership across multiple layers of a rapidly growing product in the AI agents space.
• Develop and leverage cutting-edge AI models, infrastructure, and browser technologies to scale capabilities.
• Guide team architectures and product roadmaps with strong product intuition.
• Drive reliability, code quality, AI evaluation, testing, and maintenance for the team.
• Oversee hiring, onboarding, and mentorship with rigorous interview pipelines.
• Interface with co-founders to deliver strategic objectives in the AI industry.
