Job Title: Senior AI Agentic Lead
Location: Fremont, CA

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior AI Agentic Lead to lead the architecture, development, and implementation of advanced Agentic AI and Generative AI solutions.

The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on expertise in inference-based orchestration, LangChain, LangGraph, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and Large Language Models (LLMs), with the ability to design scalable, production-ready agentic workflows.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of Agentic AI systems and intelligent orchestration frameworks.
• Architect inference-based orchestration workflows for complex AI applications.
• Design and implement AI agents using LangChain and LangGraph.
• Build and optimize RAG pipelines for enterprise AI applications.
• Design workflows leveraging LLMs, tools, agents, memory, and contextual data.
• Architect multi-agent and agent-to-agent workflows for complex business use cases.
• Integrate LLMs with enterprise data sources, APIs, vector databases, and external tools.
• Evaluate and improve retrieval quality, inference performance, response accuracy, and system reliability.
• Establish scalable architectural patterns and engineering best practices for production AI applications.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to engineering teams.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, data, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into AI solutions.

Must-Have Skills

• Strong hands-on experience with inference-based orchestration.
• Advanced experience with LangChain.
• Advanced experience with LangGraph.
• Strong experience designing and implementing RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) solutions.
• Deep understanding of LLMs and Generative AI architectures.
• Experience building production-grade AI agents and agentic workflows.
• Strong understanding of AI orchestration, prompt workflows, tool calling, and contextual reasoning.
• Strong architecture, problem-solving, communication, and technical leadership skills.

Preferred Experience

Experience with multi-agent architectures, vector databases, LLM evaluation/observability, model APIs, enterprise AI integrations, and deploying scalable production AI solutions would be advantageous.
