Job summary

CEI in Pittsburgh seeks a Back AI Agentic Architect to lead design and implementation of enterprise-grade AI agents using Copilot Studio, Azure AI, and Power Platform. You will establish governance, drive security standards, mentor engineers, and shepherd multi-agent solutions across CRM, ERP, HR, and ITSM integrations in production environments.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in software engineering, solution architecture, or enterprise architecture.
• 3+ years designing/implementing Power Platform solutions, including Copilot Studio.
• Proven experience building and deploying production-grade AI agents.
• Strong Azure and enterprise cloud architecture knowledge.
• Hands-on with Power Automate, Dataverse, Power Apps, and Custom Connectors.
• Solid grasp of LLMs, prompt engineering, RAG, tool calling, and agent orchestration.
• Experience with REST APIs, OAuth, Microsoft Entra ID, and Microsoft Graph.
• Strong cybersecurity, identity, and AI governance background.

Responsibilities

• Architect enterprise AI agent and multi-agent solutions using Copilot Studio, Azure AI, and Power Platform.
• Design topics, generative orchestration, actions, connectors, and knowledge sources within Copilot Studio.
• Build secure integrations between AI agents and enterprise systems via APIs, Power Automate, and Microsoft Graph.
• Establish AI governance, security, and responsible-AI standards in partnership with Security, Legal, and Compliance.
• Design RAG and grounded-generation strategies using SharePoint, Dataverse, Microsoft Fabric, and Azure AI Search.
• Serve as technical authority for agentic AI architecture; mentor engineers and lead POCs through production.

AI Agentic Architect

Full-Time/Direct Hire Pittsburgh, PA or Dallas, TX (remote candidates will be considered).

Position Summary

We're seeking a Microsoft Copilot Studio Architect to lead design and implementation of enterprise‑grade AI agents using Copilot Studio and the broader Microsoft AI ecosystem. You'll define the technical vision for intelligent agents that reason, orchestrate workflows, interact with enterprise systems, and execute approved actions — combining deep Microsoft Copilot Studio, Azure AI, and Power Platform expertise with strong AI governance practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect enterprise AI agent and multi‑agent solutions using Copilot Studio, Azure AI, and Power Platform
• Design topics, generative orchestration, actions, connectors, and knowledge sources within Copilot Studio

• Python, C#, or JavaScript/TypeScript
• MCP (Model Context Protocol) or similar tool‑integration experience
• Experience in regulated/highly governed environments
