Job summary

TekWissen Group in Seattle, WA is seeking an Engineer, AI - Agent Risk & Remediation for a 6-month onsite assignment. You will build and run safety tooling that covers all agents across the company, scanning for deprecating models, token overruns, policy drift, and updates.

You will architect enterprise-scale remediation automation and route non-auto fixes to owners with SLA tracking, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure AI systems integrate smoothly.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 3+ years related experience, or advanced degree with 1+ year.
• AI and ML model development experience including fine-tuning and prompt engineering.
• Proficiency with Python or R for AI product development.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate AI into workflows.

Responsibilities

• Build crawling agents that scan every agent in the enterprise for attention issues.
• Risk-tier findings using Safety Standards criteria.
• Develop enterprise-scale remediation automation to push safe fixes.
• Route non-auto fixes to agent owners and track to SLA; SRE is an owner.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI systems.
• Take on additional duties as assigned by management.
