Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Investigate novel approaches to context management and memory architectures
• Design and run experiments on agent consistency, hallucination reduction, and quality
• Prototype new retrieval strategies: semantic chunking, query rewriting, re-ranking
• Collaborate with engineering to transition research prototypes into production features
• Publish findings as research papers, blog posts, and open-source tools
• Stay current with academic literature and industry developments in AI/ML
