Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required; may consider three years of progressive experience in lieu of every year of education.
• Experience with AI coding platforms and AI-assisted development tools preferred.
• Candidates authorized to work in the United States encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Develop data-driven analytics and ML/AI models with a focus on deployment, performance, and reliability.
• Lead end-to-end SDLC for analytics projects and mentor junior engineers.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to refine requirements and deliver scalable analytics solutions.
• Create reusable code, templates, and documentation; contribute to IP assets and thought leadership.
