Basis Atlas FDE role embedding with cross-functional teams in NYC, building agents that automate real-world knowledge-work tasks. You will become an expert in using AI to accomplish critical jobs and work closely with engineers or deployed intelligence teams to push agents into production.

We seek first-principles thinkers with a passion for frontier AI applications, owning projects end-to-end and driving tangible outcomes for the business.

Qualifications

• In-person in Flatiron, NYC, 5 days a week.
• Excited about working with coding agents (unlimited token budget).
• Excited about applying agents to real economy problems.

Responsibilities

• Embed with Basis teams to learn workflows.
• Build agents that offload work to AI.
• Become the world’s expert in using AI for the given domain.
• If embedding with engineering, invent an autonomous software factory.
• If embedding with deployed intelligence, manage customer relationships.
