Job summary

re-zoo-me is seeking a Software Engineer to join an early engineering team building AI agents and agentic applications. You will design and implement AI agents that connect enterprise data sources using MCP/A2A, JavaScript/Node.js, and SAP CAP/BTP.

You’ll drive projects from concept through production, integrate agents with APIs, and help establish reusable development patterns. This onsite role in Denver offers ownership, fast pacing, and collaboration with business and technical teams.

Qualifications

Hands-on experience building AI agents, ideally MCP/A2A.
Experience with JavaScript/Node.js/TypeScript.
Exposure to SAP CAP and/or SAP BTP.
Experience working with APIs, integrations, JSON, and modern app development.
Ability to demonstrate something you’ve built, professionally or personally.
Comfort using AI coding tools (Claude Code, Cursor, GitHub Copilot, etc).

Responsibilities

Design and build new AI agents using MCP and/or A2A frameworks.
Take agent projects from problem through design, development, testing, deployment, and production.
Maintain and enhance production AI agents.
Develop apps/services with JavaScript/Node.js and SAP CAP/BTP.
Integrate agents with enterprise systems via REST APIs and SAP OData.
Build secure, read-only access to source systems and reusable patterns.
Troubleshoot across apps and integrations.
Explain technical recommendations to nontechnical stakeholders.
Contribute to automated testing, GitHub-based development, and docs.
