Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in CS/Engineering or related field.
• 3–7+ years of professional software/AI engineering in enterprise environments.
• Strong programming skills in at least one modern language.
• Hands-on with LLM-based apps, AI frameworks, or agent tooling.
• Solid understanding of Prompt engineering and RAG concepts.
• Experience building production services with observability and testing.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop AI agents and workflows.
• Translate business requirements into robust agent designs, including orchestration and guardrails.
• Leverage LLMs, embeddings, and vector search to power agent capabilities.
• Integrate agents with enterprise systems and data sources; secure integrations.
• Define monitoring, logging, and evaluation frameworks for agent performance.
• Collaborate with engineers, data teams, and SMEs in a global environment.
