Required Professional Skills:

• AI Agent Development: Strong, hands-on experience developing complex AI agents using platforms such as ChatGPT or Claude.
• Technical Experience: Looking for candidates who have worked on more advanced AI agent development, beyond basic prompting or prompt engineering.
• Multi-Agent Systems: Experience developing or working with multi-agent AI systems would be valuable.
• Background: A software engineering/development background would be preferred.
• Hands-on Involvement: Candidates should have directly contributed to AI agent development projects, even if they were not the lead developer.
• Industry Experience: Commercial-sector experience is strongly preferred

• Excellent judgment and creative problem-solving skills.
• Respond to team member and client requests via email, MS teams, or other communication means during core business hours.
• Active listening skills to understand clients' needs, and collaboration skills to work with other developers and designers.
