Qualifications

• 8+ years of IT experience in data engineering, analytics, and enterprise data systems.
• Hands-on with Snowflake, Python, advanced SQL, and ETL pipeline development.
• Knowledge of AI agents, AI-driven automation, and integrating AI into data workflows.
• Experience building AI-powered tools and accelerators for data analysis and productivity.
• Experience modernizing legacy code and data pipelines using AI insights.
• Strong understanding of AWS services (Lambda, Step Functions, ECS).
• Experience with Airflow, Unix shell scripting, and data warehouse concepts.
• Knowledge of dimensional data modeling and modern enterprise data architecture.
• dbt experience is a plus, Slingshot experience a plus.
• Experience building enterprise-wide data and analytics systems; financial services domain preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable Snowflake data pipelines using Python and SQL.
• Develop and implement AI agent-based solutions to automate data engineering tasks.
• Leverage AI tools for legacy code analysis, reverse engineering, and modernization.
• Build AI-powered tools to support data analysis, code transformation, and modernization.
• Modernize legacy applications and data pipelines through reverse engineering and forward development.
• Build and optimize ETL workflows, dimensional models, and data warehouses.
• Integrate AWS services to support data processing, orchestration, and automation.
• Collaborate with business and technical teams to deliver scalable AI-enabled analytics solutions.
