Job Summary

We are seeking a passionate AI Agent Building Engineer to join our Applied AI team, dedicated to innovating at the forefront of AI technology. This role involves acting as a bridge between customers and our AI agent platform, ensuring the successful implementation and adoption of our cutting-edge technology. The candidate will contribute to a dynamic team, employing their expertise in solution architecture and AI/ML to drive significant impacts on customer experience and technology adoption.

Key Responsibilities

• Design technical solutions and implement AI agents tailored to customer requirements.
• Analyze customer use cases, technical environments, and business challenges to design effective solutions.
• Guide customers through data identification and preparation processes.
• Customize agent capabilities to ensure customer quality expectations are met.
• Coordinate with technical teams to facilitate successful production deployments.
  
  

Must Have Skills

• Strong expertise in solution architecture or technical consulting roles.
• Advanced understanding of AI/ML technologies and architectures.

Preferred Experience

• Previous experience with AI agent technologies or similar platforms.
