The role emphasizes Python/JavaScript, API integration, and experience with LangChain, TensorFlow, or PyTorch, with a hybrid schedule of three days in our Eagan office and two days remote.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Artificial Intelligence, Computer Science, or related field or 4 years of equivalent work experience.
• Programming: Proficiency in Python, JavaScript, or similar languages.
• AI/LLM Knowledge: Experience prompting large language models (e.g., OpenAI GPT, Claude).
• APIs and data integration are understood; familiarity with AI/ML libraries.

Responsibilities

• Design, test, and refine prompts to optimize LLM performance on the AI platform.
• Build, deploy, and maintain AI agents to automate tasks and improve workflows.
• Integrate AI agents with APIs, databases, and software systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into technical requirements.
• Stay up-to-date with AI/ML advancements and apply them to real-world use cases.
• Document processes and provide training to teammates.
