Job summary

Komatsu in Elko, Nevada seeks a Superintendent for Autonomous Haulage Systems (AHS) to lead day-to-day operations, deploy field activities, and keep AHS performance safe and reliable.

You will guide field crews, coordinate deployment with project teams, troubleshoot issues, and ensure uptime while upholding Komatsu standards for safety and customer service. Travel to mine sites with a focus on continuous improvement and collaboration.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or technical diploma in Engineering, Technology, or related field is required or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience in mining, heavy equipment, or related technical field.
• Experience supporting autonomous systems, fleet management systems, or advanced mining technologies is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct, hands-on technical support for AHS operations, including troubleshooting autonomous systems and fleet management software.
• Coordinate field personnel to ensure efficient execution of work and align activities with priorities.
• Assist with planning and coordination of field deployment activities and support implementation and transition to operations.
