Job summary

UNC-Chapel Hill's Carolina Population Center is seeking a Data Dissemination Coordinator to support the Add Health Parent Study, monitor data assessments, and prepare updates for IRB approval. You will create documentation for data releases and coordinate multi-phase data merging and public-use data deposition with ICPSR.

The role emphasizes data accessibility, literature reviews, and outreach to the AHPS user community, with a focus on methodological rigor and collaboration.

Qualifications

• Master’s or Bachelor’s degree with 0–2 years’ experience, or equivalent education/experience.
• Strong data management and IRB experience preferred.
• Ability to develop plans, timelines, and coordinate across teams.

Responsibilities

• Support AHPS data management, trouble shoot data issues, and update protocols for IRB approval.
• Create user-friendly guides and documentation for data releases.
• Coordinate data preparation, merging Phase 1 and 2, and deposition with ICPSR.
