Job summary

Qualifications

• Healthcare environment experience desired.
• At least 6 months to 1 year of teaching BLS and ACLS classes.
• Current BLS and ACLS instructor certification; PALS instructor certification preferred but not required.
• Experience with training materials and course logistics.

Responsibilities

• Oversees instructor renewals and course monitoring as needed.
• Manages AHA training and schedules community training sessions.
• Develops training materials suitable for learners.
• Ensures compliance with AHA policies and maintains program records.
• Acts as liaison to AHA and coordinates with Health UC and the Health Collaborative.
