Job summary

Huntsville Hospital Training Center seeks an experienced instructor to deliver AHA ACLS, PALS, and/or BLS training per current guidelines. You will teach students with focus on retention and skill development and support the Training Center’s instructor network.

Requirements include current ACLS, BLS, and/or PALS instructor certifications and at least 2 years of teaching AHA classes with good evaluations; nursing degree preferred and excellent communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Education: High School/GED required; Nursing degree preferred.
• Licenses/Certifications: Current ACLS/BLS/PALS Instructor certifications.
• Experience: Teaching AHA classes with good evaluations for 2+ years; strong customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Teach AHA ACLS, PALS, and/or BLS per current guidelines.
• Provide training and support for employees and the community; support the Training Center’s instructor network.
